eXus Trans is an online platform that connects businesses with transport orders to carriers with available vehicles, facilitating the posting of transport orders or available vehicles for mutual benefit.
The platform operates across all European countries, supporting various languages and currencies, thereby enabling seamless connections between companies throughout Europe.
Users (transport companies with carriers or companies with transport orders) can post transport orders or list available vehicles. The platform matches these listings to facilitate seamless connections between businesses and carriers.
To create an account on the eXusTrans platform, go to the Registration section and enter your company details such as company name, VAT number, phone, location and select the desired category for the company - Company with transport orders or Transport company with carriers. After that, a numeric activation code will be sent to your email address. Activate your account with the code and you are done!
No. At the moment, eXus Trans is only available to companies with an active VAT number, not to individuals.
To place a transport order, log in to your account as a company using your email address and password, go to the Add Order section and enter details such as cargo type, category, location and destination, and loading date and tyme.
Log in to your account as a company with your email and password and browse the Carriers section. You can filter the results by carrier location and destination, type, make, model... , or driver name, to find the right opportunities.
Once you have placed a transport order and found a suitable carrier, you are taken to the carrier page. On the carrier page, click the Offer button and select the order you would like to offer. A separate page will then be created for this offer, where the carrier you have selected can accept or decline your offer, and where only you and your carrier can send messages to each other.
Yes. On the vehicle driver page, you can always check the location of the vehicle, and the status of the transport order will be changed automatically if the vehicle has arrived or unloaded at the destination.
Log in to your account as a Transport company with email address and password, and browse the 'Transport Orders' section. You can filter results by region, cargo type, price, category ... or order location to find suitable opportunities.
Yes, you can list multiple vehicles in your account in the Add Carrier section. Provide accurate vehicle details as type, make, model, driver name, loading capacity, ... , to improve matching efficiency.
Once you have placed a carrier and found a suitable transportation order, you are taken to the order page. On the order page, click the Offer button and select the carrier you would like to offer. A separate page will then be created for this offer, where the order owner you have selected can accept or decline your offer, and where only you and owner of transport order can send messages to each other.
Once a transport company has added a vehicle to their profile, an account for that driver will be created automatically. With the automatically generated code (DEZ789 - for example) and chosen password, which are available in the My Carriers section of the transport company profile, go to the Login section and sign in as a driver.
Like a transport company, a driver can search for transport orders on eXus Trans, change the location and status of a vehicle, offer a vehicle for a transport order, accept offers, ..., but only for his own vehicle. Services such as invoicing, payment, ... are not available to drivers.
Once a user has made an offer to a vehicle driver or to a transport order, a separate offer page will be created with a chat and payment function. On this page, transport companies can also enter additional transport costs, if any, and send text messages to each other.
At the top of the offer page, you will find two buttons with two options: Accept or Decline. If you Decline the offer, the offer page will be deleted and nothing else will happen. And if you Accept the offer, then the legal consequences will occur and you will be obligated to fulfill all obligations, such as payment, delivery, etc.
If you click the payment button at the top of the offer page, you will be redirected to the payment page where you can pay for this order in full. Once paid, the transport order will be updated as Paid.
If you do not know the company, the owner of the order for transportation, and you are not sure that your transport service will be paid, do not close the offer page until your service is paid. Get payment for your services through the offer page before you unload the cargo. We are not responsible for the payment of your service. Of course, we will do everything in our power to ensure that your service is paid, but the responsibility for paying for your services lies with you. We are simply connecting you.
Once you have agreed on payment and the cargo has been unloaded, at the bottom of the offer page you will see a button with the option Offer Completed. If you click this button, the Offer page will be deleted and all information from this offer will be written to the completed offers database, which is then used for invoicing and which you will find in the Completed Offers section of your profile.
Invoicing from eXus Trans happens twice per month, on the 1st and 16th of each month, for the previous two weeks. You can find all your invoices in the Invoices section of your profile.

The concept of the eXus Trans platform is that we show prices to carriers that are 10% lower than those published by clients. That is, you pay or receive the amount you see on the platform. And our earnings of 10% or 10 € minimum from each order will occur automatically.
